Shipping

We offer fully tracked shipping via Royal Mail. Only orders received before 12pm will be dispatched that same day.

Tinctures Vs Tablets

When we take herbs in a liquid tincture our bodies absorb and utilise 98% of the plants' benefits.
When we take herbs in a solid pill we only absorb 50% of the plants' benefit making tinctures much for potent with quicker absorption and faster effects.

How do I take a tincture?

Tinctures are quick and easy to take. Simply drop 1/2 or a full pipette directly under your tongue or drop into water for a more diluted effect.

Can I take more than one tincture in a day?

All the herbs we use in our herbal tinctures work together in harmony so you can take more than one tincture in a day.  

What ingredients do you use?

The ingredients we use are responsibly-grown herbs and plants that we have carefully sourced from around the world. These herbs have been used for centuries in both Eastern and Western herbal-therapy cultures.

What is glycerine?

The glycerine we use to preserve the herbal liquid inside the tinctures is made from organic rapeseed sap grown in the UK.
It tastes sweet but it is very low GI so it will not rot your teeth or spike your blood sugar.

Can I take your tinctures alongside other medication?

We not use any counter-active herbs in our tinctures.   But please CHECK WITH YOUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONER IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES or are on medication.

We also ask if you are pregnant or breastfeeding please do not take our tinctures.
