The process for making a herbal extract is we steep the herbs in the purest ethanol.  Ethanol is the traditional, superior carrier for absorbing and holding all the plants’ active ingredients.

We then evaporate the alcohol off the herbal liquid.

Glycerine is then added as the preservative to keep the herbal liquid at its best for longer.

The glycerine we use is the sap from the Rapeseed plant which is grown in the UK.

Finally, we hand-pour the finished botanical blend into special purple glass bottles which protects the herbal liquid from the sun’s UV rays and keeps the plants active.
