HOW TO TAKE A TINCTURE

Tinctures are quick, easy and convenient to take with rapid absorption into our system with no big pills to swallow.

We recommend you simply take a full pipette (approx. 30 drops) and drop the liquid directly under your tongue.

Why under the tongue?
This is for quick, direct absorption into our bodies but alternatively you can drop into water.

WHAT ARE HERBAL TINCTURES?

Herbal tinctures are an ancient form of plant therapy that have been used in both Western and Eastern cultures for centuries to help support moments of need.

A tincture is a concentrated liquid that has been infused with one or more herbs. The liquid absorbs all the plants' natural benefits which we imbibe orally like a herbal tea, but provides a more powerful dose of the herbal benefits with quicker effects.
